Train the Trainer

Welcome to the Training of Trainer Series –PRESERVICE TRAINING OF FOSTER, ADOPTIVE AND KINSHIP CAREGIVERS. You are invited to a world-class invitation-only competency based Train the Trainer (ToT) five day event. The event is held from March 10 to 14 2019 at Dee Marks Hotel & Resorts in Mahipalpur, New Delhi.
An elite maximum of 15 participants will be accepted to the program who are leaders and influencers in Non-institutional Alternative Care in India and train nationally or regionally. The registration fee is INR 5,000 which includes training materials, accommodation, breakfast and lunch. A fee of INR 2,000 would cover training materials and lunch only.
The fast-paced training with lots of information and many materials is powerful and comprehensive. Each trainee will receive a positive influential tool to use in training others. There will be 6 hours each day for 30 training hours of total training; 100% attendance is expected.
After completing the training hours, each participant will receive a certificate (through a competency based process) to give pre-service training to organizations, governments and individuals throughout India.
The resource people Lynn Johnston, counselor, trainer and child welfare consultant, adoptive parent, curriculum developer and Ruby Johnston, social worker, consultant, international child welfare expert, trainer, former foster parent, adoptive parent, curriculum developer are from the Institute for Human Services and the Global Capacity Building Network. They have trained in Kyrgyzstan, Mexico, Brazil, Kazakhastan, Russia, Armenia, Poland, Ukraine, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Bangladesh, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Nepal, and Romania. Their training is secular and culturally specific.
This is a huge commitment on the part of the participant both financially and time-wise; for this reason we know we will have the most committed. The resource persons and the high quality training are supported by generous donations by Family for Every Orphan and BharathiyaSnehaParivar.

Dear Selected Participant,
You are invited to an invitation-only world-class competency-based Train the Trainer (ToT) event from March 10 to 14 2019 at Dee Marks Hotel & Resorts in Mahipalpur, New Delhi.
Your cost will be a onetime fee of INR 5,000 which includes training materials, accommodation, breakfast and lunch. A fee of INR 2,000 would cover training materials and lunch only if you are local or chose to arrange your own accommodation. You are responsible for your own travel and to arrive noon on March 10th and be there until 6pm March 14th without exception. Anyone reaching late or leaving early will NOT receive certification.

After completing the entire program, participants will become certified in providing pre-service training to foster, adoptive and kinship caregivers and also receive a comprehensive trainer guide to use in their future trainings.
